We can all agree that plumbing is essential and important. Well, maybe we could go back to using outhouses and fetching water from outdoor wells, but most of us would prefer not to do that. The plumbing profession ensures we continue to have running water and running toilets, and we certainly enjoy both those things. Plumbing has been a profession for thousands of years, but of course, the specific work plumbers do has changed over the years.
